Blog Swapping

We're having a little fun today with blog swapping.  I'll be over at Richmond Thrifter showing off some of my thrifty projects.  Erin, from Richmond Thrifter is here today to share her amazing thrifty finds with all of you.  Take it away Erin!

Hello Oak Ridge Revival Readers!  I am so excited to be here today!

My name is Erin White and I'm a stay at home mom of two little ones, Charlie (4 1/2) and Emerson (1 1/2).   I love a good deal and hate to pay retail prices for home decor.  I am lucky enough to live in a city full of thrift, consignment, and junk stores (as my son refers to them!)  My garage is full of trash that is just waiting to be turned into treasure.  Emerson and I do most of my scouting for finds when my son is in preschool and I do most of the grunt work when my cuties are napping.
Nothing is ever perfect when it's finished and I'm constantly learning from my own mistakes but I still wouldn't have it any other way.  I wanted to share some of my finds and fix-er-upers with you.   I would love it if you stopped by Richmond Thrifter every once in a while and followed me along on my thrifty journey!  Thanks again Andrea for sharing your readers with me!

I found this mid-century china cabinet at my favorite local thrift shop for $64.  A couple coats of paint and some fun fabric gave it a whole new life!  See the full tutorial here!

Another thrift store find, $95!  My favorite part of this piece is the hardware.

See the full tutorial on how I turned this highBOY into a MAN here!

A SUPER quick redo.  It probably only took me an hour total!  Just painted the drawers white.  See the tutorial here.

Marshalls lamp recovered!  Really easy way to add color and pattern to a room!  Find out how here.

Anthropologie knock off table made from a lamp and picture frame...final cost: $5.50.
Find the tutorial here!

Thanks again Andrea for having me!  Hope to see you guys soon!
