Before we get started today with Friday Finds, I want to thank the talented Emily A. Clark,
a fellow Kentucky gal, for featuring my daughter's bedroom makeover today.

Now, on to the next installment of "Friday Finds".
I am excited to welcome Tiffany from Living Savvy today.

I found Tiffany's blog a few months ago and now I am a faithful follower.
She recently joined several other bloggers in a challenge to makeover a room in six weeks.
She did an amazing job on her bedroom. You can read all about it here.

Hey there all!  I am Tiffany from Living Savvy!  I am so excited to be guest posting here at
Oak Ridge Rival.  I have been reading Andrea's blog now for a while and I love her style!
Over the years I have made some great finds!  I search Craigslist relentlessly, and when I see a garage sale sign I find my car turning in the direction of the arrows!  My favorite find was a garage sale find.  One day the hubs and I were walking our dogs and we passed by a garage sale.
Way back in the of the driveway was this beauty!

You will never believe how much they were asking for this reproduction Eames lounge chair....
wait for it...
$10 bucks!!!
The hubs looked at me and just rolled his eyes!  I told the owner I would be back in 20 mins with cash and please don't sell it!  When I got home I opened up the computer.  My husband was so confused... he said shouldn't you be going to the bank?  I said yes, but you need to see what good of a deal
I just found...

I showed him this:

He then offered to go to the bank and pick the chair up!

Needless to say the chair is not in super great condition, but it totally works for me until I have the guts to reupholster it.  I think I might take it on soon, but I am not sure if my sewing machine can handle making the leather welting.  This was the best $10 bucks ever spent!
I also have to share my second favorite find...

I found this Chiang Mia Dragon pillows covers on Ebay for $38 bucks!  I bought 2!  These are very well made and have the pattern on the front and back with self welt!!  I have searched and searched Etsy and all I can find is the pattern on the front with a solid back and no welt for over $100!!
Thank you so much Andrea for having me one to share my favorite finds!
It was hard to narrow them down, but these two are my favorites!
Thanks so much for participating, Tiffany.
I'm hoping to stumble upon one of those chairs someday too!  Hope you all have a great weekend.
